The workshop's first output is the formal project.
The Training Platform Workshops (C.9.0.3) are the “cytoplasm” environment where your team stops talking and starts doing. The very first output, generated live in the workshop, is the formal Project Charter.
Using Lean Six Sigma principles, the team collaboratively builds this "living contract" to define the project's business case, scope, and objectives. Your Project Charter is what transforms your workshop into the work, immediately creating the official starting point for a scalable, strategic initiative.

Once your Project Charter (D.8.1.1) is set, we build the "how." Using the principles of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), we deconstruct the entire project into a series of clear, deliverable-oriented Milestones.
This isn't just a checklist; it's a hierarchical map that provides a visual, top-down view of the entire project. It ensures every component is tracked and that the team is focused on delivering tangible value rather than completing busy work.

This is where the network executes. Your Milestones (D.8.1.2) are the strategic plans; Issues are how we get things done. We blend the rigor of Lean Six Sigma with the tactical speed of Agile, inspired by Google's pragmatic approach.
We break large milestones down into focused, time-boxed sprints, which are tracked as Issues and Sub-Issues. This makes work easy to delegate, track, and adapt, ensuring the team is always shipping value, not just stuck in planning.
